At FIDEM, we share experiences through different committees that make an effort to create inspiring projects for all members. All interested members can participate in the committees and even create a new one if there is interest. These working groups are the engine behind Fidem, generating activities, projects, and meetings for the foundation that are the best way to meet new people and network. There are currently six working groups:

• INTERNATIONALIZATION COMMITTEE: a reference point for internationalization in FIDEM and timely support to its members, giving our recommendation when selecting candidates for internationalization awards.
• MEMBERS’ COMMITTEE: the women who collaborate in the Members’ Committee work at the operational level to support members’ requests and needs, maintain strong and ongoing relationships between all members, and welcome new ones.
• ENTERPRENEURSHIP COMMITTEE: this committee works to guide and give advice in the creation of business plans in order to implement the entrepreneurs’ initiatives, who despite their best efforts, often find themselves limited when carrying out their objectives.
• DIRECTOR/CONSULTANT COMMITTEE: Over 100 businesswomen with managerial or senior positions from the public and private sectors in Catalonia.
• LEGAL COMMITTEE: It is a team whose goal is to revise and improve unfavorable laws that directly affect women in the workplace, study proposals for improvement, and finally search for ways to introduce these to the competent institutions. The team also studies proposals for permanently integrating men in the home to achieve joint responsibility.
